Wait lists. Bespoke Bags. Mountains. Mole Hills.

What's the ridiculous obsession with Hermes all about? WHO CARES? Ask a random person in your office if they a) know what Hermes is b) know what a Birkin is or c) know if there is a wait list for a bag there. You are likely to be met by a) a blank stare ) b) a possible reference to maybe kind of sort of knowing what it is c) a blank stare.

We don't get it. Not the brand obsession, not the insistence that it really matters. And especially not the frame of mind that makes someone think it's ok to post misappropriated photos of other people, track their purchases and then decide that they and their belongings are worthy of continued harassment.

We've seen photos of Mr. Tonello and his bags. We haven't taken to this blog (or anywhere else) to decry his purchases, his taste in clothes or his looks. Or call him anything at all. We don't care if what he buys is fake or not. What he spends his money on is his business. What others do is not.

Michael Tonello is obsessed with Hermes and its customers. Who knows why? Does he even own any Hermes that he didn't try to re-sell at a profit?

Michael Tonello thinks he is a big deal because he "blew the lid" on Hermes' long time "mythical" wait list. BIG DEAL. Hermes still holds back their inventory of Kellys and Birkins and sells them to whomever they see fit. Again, BIG DEAL. Hermes triumphs. Tonello loses.

Tonello is obsessed with the purse forum. It is pathological. He attacks any member in his weak attempt at attacking the owners Vlad and Megs. He has accomplished nothing but hurting total strangers. I don't think he will ever achieve any success in life after this. Everyone he has hurt will be sure to chime in on ANY internet chat rooms and forums or amazon review page about anything new he manages to squeak out.

Tonello can screech, and Tonello can scream, and maybe ha can stop some members from posting on the forum, but stopping posting doesn't mean they go away. They still stop by to read and browse, and that's what counts for all the $$ - all those clicks. Plus whatever photos they have added to threads do remain the property of the purse forum.

tPF has vast resources of photos spanning many years, and people come to look at those anyway. The Hermes forum itself has people start several threads a day sometimes, with frequent reveals, and what's boogeyman Tonello going to do? Scare them ALL away?? He better start cloning himself, then. He's too slow.

Is Michael Tonello still writing for HuffPost? HuffPostEdu has a whole section about cyberbullying. What embarrassment for HuffPost.

Honestly, if there are scams that had gone uncovered on the purse forum, I would applaud PFA for being able to dig the truth. That would seriously be welcomed as it rids the scammers. In this situation, you can expect all the scammers to HATE Michael Tonello because he spoilt their fun.

I think PFA was spot on in a couple of cases. These were the rare ones and the smokescreen for the purpose of PFA. Outside of these few cases, PFA was malicious in attacking members of the forum who are not what he made them up to be. He fabricated stories about so many of the members. Totally evil. He needed sensational stories. He couldn't find more, and he resorted to telling tales.

Thank GOD for folks who questioned Michael Tonello and his integrity and the shit on PFA.

Seriously - WHAT scams? Yes, some people sold things. Isn't it buyer beware there like anywear else? And it seems to me that the so-called scams were a small number of people having issues with a small number of things. HOW IS THAT A SCAM????

The only scam is Michael Tonello. He lies all the time. He shills his own book in internet fashion chat rooms and attacks young men he feels are pretending to live a wealthy life. Which is very funny when you consider he pretended to own Bob Lehtonen's fancy new Mercedes gull wing. Nice pictures advent!

Michael Tonello is the major scam artist here. Lies lies lies.

Looking at PFA's April 23rd post Further Reading, I am very surprised that a forum with several thousands in membership and several thousand threads has only such a small number of complaints and issues. Thank you, Mr Tonello, for bringing that to our attention. The way you talked, you sounded like there were at least several hundred complaints all over the internet.

Excerpt "I'll just say simply that you can't make some people happy.) I also happen to know, through my connections and knowledge of this industry, that there are a couple of other women in this forum that are resellers. They don't like me either, presumably because I am their competition."

The word out there is not because you are their competition. Was told you were their supplier until greed got to you and you wanted to go direct to the marketplace. You created hell for these resellers. When they stood up to you, you bullied them on eBay (which caused you to be banned). Then you took to the vile blog PFA.

Yawn. MT and Donna are still grinding the same old tired axes from 3+ years ago.

There are readers of PFA who were not members yet of tPF but have the wisdom to decipher what's the truth and what's completely hogwash. Some tried to defend themselves, some friends of theirs tried to defend their friends. What was the outcome? Michael Tonello put on comments moderation and attacked them. He went to unscrupulous means to get the real names of the members of tPF and spread all sorts of lies about them. He is the biggest cyberbullies to women for their purses. Wait. That sounds really funny.

The continued success of the Purse Forum will only fire up Michael Tonello. How much of your time now is wasted on reading this blog and trying to find a way to rough more people up? I don't think he even cared when he humiliated his victims on his blog. Many of whom had nothing to do with him. Never was a reseller. Never bought anything from him from eBay. Was never his friend during the stint he was a member of the Purse Forum. They were just on the forum minding their own business and you picked on them to wreck their lives. CYBERBULLY.

Okay...so Michael Tonello disproves the existence of the waitlist for Birkins as follows:

1) Goes to a store.

2) Gets stuff like a scarf

3) Asks if there are any Birkins he can take a look at

4) Gets shown a bag

5)Buys it.

6) Voila! Says Tonello. No waitlist exists.

What's the big deal here???

I, personally, have cold-called a Hermes store and been offered a Birkin over the phone. I guess the manager liked me. Stores have told me they have a waitlist and that they would put my name on it. Other stores have told me their waitlist was closed. I guess they didn't like me.

What I take away from this is that Hermes does what they damn well like. If they want to sell you something, they'll sell it to you. If they don't want to, they'll say sorry it's unavailable. They are a privately owned business; they can do that.

So I wonder what takes Tonello so long to recognize that?

Yeah, Tonello is a genius. He discovered .... MARKETING. Wow. Huge trade secret, that. That companies "reward" their best customers with their supposedly hardest to get items. Give that man a prize for figuring that out. Maybe next he can cure cancer.

Michael Tonello is still obsessed with one bad ebay deal. That's what all this is about. I wish he would just move on.

That Huffington Post article Michael Tonello wrote sure was telling his own future. What a nasty piece of work he has become.

That's great. What business is it of Michael Tonello? He speaks like he is the Hermes God.

Find me a store that gushes about him. Where's the proof?

The mention of marketing ... It's a known fact that the big fashion houses, the likes of LVMH, Gucci, Chanel (why should Hermes be any different????) will reward their best customers with limited edition, rare seasonal stuff to keep them wanting more, to appeal to their desire for exclusivity. If one doesn't deal with it, walk away. No one forces you to be a consumer. Save money in your bank accounts.

So why should Michael Tonello, of all people have the authority to question members' bags of their authenticity? Jealous creature. He would love for them to be all fakes. Sorry dude. They are not. Show the proof. Come on! Go and dig for where the bags were purchased and then give the proof.

It should be none of your business, by the way.

PFA is still up and running. They posted they have no intention of leaving.

See your publishing comments with profanity now, interesting.

I'm sure you'll fain disgust as you remove it.

You lied about publishing all comments.
You didn't publish several of mine. They were perfectly clean and no names. You just didn't like not being able to answer the tough questions. If you can't remember such things, then please get checked you have Alzheimers perhaps.p

Any way, love your last post on MT being obsessive and not letting go. Interesting you use a thread from last year, to punctuate his obsession.

Next time, I shall stand in front of a Bentley in a hotel driveway and claim that's mine.

Shallow.

As if I would gain more respect.

To anon 7:59 pm....not sure what you mean about not publishing "several" of your comments. There have been about 10 we haven't published for reasons previously stated...and the fact that Michael Tonello is busy trolling the Internet for years old threads as recently as a couple of days ago and put his name on his blog is proof to us that yes, he is definitely still obsessed with one dirty scarf on Ebay and PF.

To Anonymous @ 7:59 :

This is what Michael Tonello doesn't understand. He thinks that he is allowed to harass and bully anyone for whatever period of time he likes, but everyone else should move on, because, you know, he was just poking fun at people. It doesn't work that way. Hatred breeds hatred, and hatred breeds enemies.
